International Academy of Civil Safety and Cooperation
“In war, those who suffer the most are the ones who are not responsible for it.” (Ernest Hemingway)

The International Academy of Civil Safety and Cooperation was founded in 2024 in the city of Prague (Czech Republic).
Its main mission is to become a modern international educational, scientific, and expert center whose activities are aimed at the development of civil protection systems, the training of security professionals, and the strengthening of international cooperation in responding to contemporary threats.
The establishment of the Academy is driven by the growing number of global challenges related to military conflicts, terrorist threats, technological disasters, natural emergencies, and hybrid risks, which require a comprehensive interstate approach.
The Academy will contribute to the development of international cooperation, the training of highly qualified specialists, and the implementation of innovative approaches to crisis management. In its activities, the Academy combines the exchange of practical experience, practical and theoretical training, educational programs, scientific research, and expert-analytical work. The Academy promotes increased effectiveness of civil protection systems, the development of international interaction, and the formation of a modern culture of safety.
The Academy serves as a platform for international dialogue among government institutions, international organizations, the scientific community, and civil society, aimed at preventing emergencies, minimizing their consequences, and protecting human life.
We unite experience, knowledge, and technology to create a safe future.
