
IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC, GENERAL SERHII KRYVONOS SPOKE AT A CONFERENCE AND DISCUSSED THE ORGANIZATION OF CIVILIAN PROTECTION
On 22 September 2025, in the city of Brno (Czech Republic), representatives of the International Academy of Civil Security and Interaction took part in the conference “Space and Aviation Industry – Paths of Development.”
At the initiative and request of the event organizers, the Vice President of the Academy, Major General Serhii Kryvonos, delivered a report on the actions of authorities, security forces, and rescue services in organizing civilian safety during military operations, drawing on the experience of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
In particular, Serhii Kryvonos emphasized the importance of implementing relevant legislative norms, ensuring their strict enforcement by authorities at all levels, starting from the country’s president, and involving young people in state programs for defense training as well as preparing the civilian population to respond effectively in various crisis situations.
