IN THE UK, ACADEMY REPRESENTATIVES MET WITH POLITICIAN LADY OLGA MAITLAND
On 28 October 2025, a working meeting took place in the United Kingdom between representatives of the International Academy of Civil Security and Interaction, Yevhen Krupa and Serhii Kryvonos, and the renowned British politician Lady Olga Maitland. The negotiations were held in London at her private residence.
During the meeting, the Academy representatives provided Lady Olga Maitland with a detailed briefing on the main purpose of creating the international institution and its key areas of activity.
The parties agreed on the importance of educating the civilian population on the proper procedures to follow in the event of dangers arising from military actions or other potential crisis situations.
Lady Olga Maitland, who has experience in defense interests and the development of international business in the United Kingdom, fully supported the idea of establishing the Academy and agreed to chair its Board of Trustees. The British politician also proposed organizing a series of working meetings with members of the House of Lords and UK leadership to share practical experience—particularly from Ukrainian specialists—to enhance civilian safety.
