
WORKING MEETING IN PRAGUE BETWEEN THE HEAD OF UADSI AND THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA, ROLANDAS KAČINSKAS
A working meeting took place in Prague with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Czech Republic, Rolandas Kačinskas.
Yevhen Krupa spoke about the recently held Forces of the Future Forum (FFF-24) in Prague, which included delegates from over 60 countries. He highlighted that, for the first time in the Forum’s long history, a Ukrainian platform titled “Civil Security and Interaction” was organized. The outcomes of this platform led to the initiation of the International Academy of Civil Protection.
Representatives of Ukrainian state and local authorities, security agencies, humanitarian organizations, and energy sector specialists shared insights on their extraordinary work under active combat conditions against the Russian aggressor. Key topics included operational information management, population evacuation, provision of temporary housing, energy, medical aid, food supply, and territory demining.
Yevhen Krupa also presented Ambassador Rolandas Kačinskas with the work plan of the Association he leads, aimed at informing European countries on ensuring civilian safety in armed conflict situations.
The high-ranking Lithuanian diplomat highly appreciated the efforts of the Ukrainian Defense and Security Industry Association and supported the idea of holding a similar conference in Lithuania to gain valuable experience from Ukrainian specialists.
