
Andrzej Sadłowski
Lieutenant Colonel (Reserve), Republic of Poland
Andrzej Sadłowski is an expert in national security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and risk management, and a reserve officer of the special services of the Republic of Poland.
He graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin, earning degrees in Sociology and Law. He also completed the postgraduate program Effective IT Management in an Organization at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
He was actively involved in Poland’s democratic opposition movement. Following 1990, he began service in state institutions responsible for safeguarding national security. Within the Office for State Protection (UOP), he held senior positions in counterintelligence units, including Deputy Director of the Counterintelligence Department. He was also one of the organizers of the establishment of, and subsequently the first Director of, the Department for the Protection of the State’s Economic Interests within the UOP.
His professional activities encompassed operational, analytical, and managerial responsibilities aimed at protecting the Republic of Poland from the activities of foreign intelligence services, as well as safeguarding the country’s strategic economic interests.
After completing his government service, he spent more than twenty years leading security functions in major Polish financial institutions, including Pekao S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A., BOŚ S.A., and BPS S.A. His responsibilities included cybersecurity, IT infrastructure protection, implementation of monitoring and anti-fraud systems, ensuring the continuity of banking operations, physical security of facilities, and oversight of vault operations and the transportation of valuables.
He currently serves as President of the Lublin Union Foundation and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spectre Defence Solutions Sp. z o.o.
He has been awarded several state decorations of the Republic of Poland, including the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity.
